First Introductions are Always Lame
You'd think after three consecutive days of uncomfortable and cringeworthy icebreakers, I would be a master of first introductions; unfortunately, I'm not. But I have to divulge my intents and purposes for creating this blog, so here's the rundown:
My name is Tuyaa (like Tupac but with a -yaa); I'm 18 and a freshman in college. I hope to major in biology. Since the tender age of 14, I have been deeply interested (and invested) in alternative music and the various cultures attached to it. Horror culture (literature, films, etc.) also is something I enjoy. In my spare time, I read, listen to music (I love discovering new bands and artists!), draw (keep an eye out for future illustrations), and sit in corners of rooms trying to become a black hole. This blog will serve as an outlet for my passions and a place to discuss my thoughts and opinions.
